About Me

Today, I am an Authentic Leadership Coach, Organizational Consultant and Change Advisor. I wasn’t always.

My journey is filled with stories of hope, and frustration, patience, and persistence. I had the amazing experience of working with an OD professional who flipped my perspective on how change happens in organizations. I have my Master in Organizational Development, and am an certified in Prosci Change Management and EQi Emotional Intelligence. As a consultant I have worked in distribution, logistics, human resources, federal government, higher education, nonprofit organizations, and banking organizations. I consulted as the expert, bringing change tools to leaders, and found that I love coaching leaders to change how they show up. In the midst of my professional successes & frustrations, God showed up and yanked my chain. I realized how focused I was on the wrong things and through this experience I became involved with an amazing Christian ministry.

Today my life is a blend of family, work, and ministry. I coach individuals and leaders, consult as an organizational and change advisor. I train coaches in the ministry I serve within. I live life full of gratitude for the hard times and the lessons learned. I invite joy, enthusiasm and love while trying new things that scare me!

At home my husband, kids and grandkids are my world. My dogs bring me joy and chaos. And I am learning every day how to step out as the warm, authentic, real leader I was designed to be.
